THE ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLUTION TO HUMANIZING THE WORKSPACE
Your workforce is the embodiment of your company's culture, which is why we at HG Consulting believe that to make an impact on the work environment, you need to listen, understand, and enroll your people.
To do this HG Consulting starts by providing a confidential sounding board company-wide, creating an opportunity to identify pain points in real time, and empowering you to systemize good governance measures that allow your company to thrive forward.
With the emergence of the #MeToo movement, presence of millennials in the workforce, rise of gender parity, and need for diversity, it makes it even more critical to collect timely and candid employee feedback in the form of a confidential, neutral, and informal “vitals check.”
Our vision is to promote a humanizing culture to improve productivity and produce results. Our interview-based methodology creates a supportive and confidential space for employees to communicate openly about conflicts or challenges, allowing us to work with the company to increase diversity and develop a more inclusive workforce through customized coaching, training, and transformational mediation.
