Helena Goto is the Managing Principal of HG Consulting. Since 2013, she has successfully worked with, and advised clients from both public and private companies in conflict management and dispute resolution.

Helena’s background gives her the combined benefit of understanding both how a successful businesses functions, as well as the human dynamics that motivate people to work well together. Backed by a personal commitment to transparency and authenticity, Helena’s work focuses closely on how emotion impacts both business decisions and employee relationships.

Helena graduated from The University of Southern California in 2010 with an MBA and Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute in 2011 with a Masters in Dispute Resolution.

Alice Sarfati has been working in Conflict Management for the past 10 years. After acquiring a struggling medical practice and successfully restructuring it , Alice turned her hand to mediation in 2014.  With her business acumen, and 15 year career as a presenter and producer for network television, Alice's experience and talent makes for creative and satisfying mediation results.

Committed to serving her community, Alice offers bilingual Spanish/English mediation to find helpful and fair resolutions. She translates not only language, but culture, and facilitates conversation for under-served parties in conflict.

Alice Graduated from the University of Southern California in 2010 with an MBA.

Hilary Bendon is an Organizational and Talent Development professional with over 20 years of experience in employee engagement, leadership development, organizational development, project management, coaching at all levels of the organization, performance management, Myers-Briggs and DiSC assessments and many other areas. She also conducts mediation and facilitated conflict resolution discussions for claimants at Superior Court and with employees and leadership at private, nonprofit, and governmental organizations.

With a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute and a Master of Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, Hilary is passionate about changing the world one happy client at a time.

Hilary adores dogs, travel and most of all her niece, Sydney.
